I hope everyone is enjoying the rain (it seems the drought is over).  The plants surely are; more flowers are popping up every day.  Marty and I just went backpacking last weekend and enjoyed all of the wildflowers.  We will be going to the Medicines from the Earth Symposium in Black Mountain next weekend.  It is sponsored by Gaia Herbs and features some of the top herbalists in the country.

  • We will be at the Connestee Falls Health Fair on June 2nd from 9am - noon.  It will be at the Connestee Falls Clubhouse.  There will be exhibits, health screenings, short lectures on health topics, and a raffle.  It is open to the public.  Come say hello.
